Part of Davenport Lakes Estates, Esprit is built around a 9 hole par 3 golf course. Why not try a round using the villa's set of golf clubs - the fees are very reasonable. The Esprit community has tennis courts, basketball, a large community pool with cabana, a children's play area and boardwalk access to the magnificent and peaceful Lake Davenport, stocked with Bass. The lake also has a pier and boat ramp.

At the edge of the site, on highway 27, facilities include a bank, gas station with shop and Subway sandwich bar, the 19th Hole bar and grill and an Indian Restaurant. Now served by traffic lights, access to and from Esprit is very easy. Just over a mile north, at the next traffic lights is a huge new Wal-Mart Supercenter, a Post Office is a bit further on at the 2nd traffic lights. There are 2 large Publix Supermarkets nearby - one just on the 192 (with a large video/game rental shop) and one just over a mile south on the 27. A few minutes drive on the 192 and there are dozens of restaurants to choose from.
